On a warm evening, the plaza belongs to the little ones — splashing through Gustav's Geysers, chasing fireflies across the lawn, and lining up for the free outdoor movie. Pearl is a place to slow down together.

Indigenous, Spanish, Mexican, and German roots. Mariachi and conjunto. Missions and markets. Pearl carries all of it.
Eat, shop, stay, and gather — each corner of Pearl is its own world.

Pearl keeps the standard of the stone masons, barrel-building coopers, and brewers who raised it in 1883 — people who measured their work in patience. The brewery is quiet now, but the buildings live on, and everything inside them is still made or sourced with that same commitment to the craft.
